For your convenience, Dan Perkins Construction also offers General Construction services.  One contractor for all your improvements means more simplicity.  We can help out with the total package!  Although Dan Perkins Construction specializes in metal roofing, seamless siding and seamless gutters, we are also licensed builders and can assist with other projects. We don�t do total new construction but we will do siding, windows, additions, and more. You�ll have the convenience of one contractor in your home improvement project.

Roof Venting and Insulation:

Dan Perkins Construction also specializes in venting and insulation.  With today�s high heating costs, sufficient insulation and ventilation is most important optimal efficiency of your home.  A roof system that is not properly vented and insulated is more likely to leak due to melting and ice-buildup.
