He came over and made the estimate and answered all our questions and concerns about installation, up keep and clean up. We were not going to be present while this project was happening but we felt confident they would do the job well for us. The crew that came spent a week tearing off the ancient roof layers and repairing the rotted areas. There was a lot of work to do in that regard! Our roof was installed and continues to look great. Our property was cleaned up to our expectations after the job was finished. Dan has followed up by answering any concerns we have had post installation.
